1- About the Course

The Arbitration in Commercial & Investment Disputes program is an advanced professional training course designed to equip legal practitioners, lawyers, arbitrators, and in-house counsel with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to manage arbitration proceedings from initiation to final award enforcement.

Module 3: Arbitral Proceedings & Hearing Management

  • Conducting arbitration hearings and witness examination
  • Expert evidence and technical reports
  • Submission of pleadings and memorials
  • Online and virtual arbitration procedures

Module 4: Arbitral Awards, Annulment & Enforcement

  • Structure and drafting of arbitral awards
  • Legal grounds and procedures for setting aside awards
  • Enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitral awards
  • Application of the New York Convention (1958)
